Flowatious products such as our T-Shirts, hoodies, face masks, etc. are Printed on Demand when you order. We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel product (T-Shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc.)
You should expect to receive your products within 10-20 business days because of shipping delays due to covid-19.
All of our shipping times are only guidelines and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. We do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email containing a Tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. You can visit our Tracking Page to track your package once you receive your Tracking ID. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to show.Returns: Please refer to our Return Policy for more information on how to make a return.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
If tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. We don't cover refunds due to carrier error.
Customs Fees: An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
