Shipping Policy


Shipping destinations:

  • We ship Worldwide

Flowatious products such as our T-Shirts, Hoodies, Leggings, etc. are Printed on Demand when you order by our third party manufacturers who are located in the US, UK and Mexico.

Shipping Times for USA Manufactured Products:

  • Due to the pandemic, it is currently taking about 5-7 business days to create apparel products (T-Shirts, Hoodies, etc.) You should expect to receive your products within 10-15 business days.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping Times for Products Manufactured Overseas:

We also work with vendors that are located in the United Kingdom, Italy and Mexico.  These particular products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. At times, inevitable shipping delays may occur so please do not worry if it does not show up immediately, it's on it's way. These products are currently taking 10 - 15 business days to be delivered to you due to shipping delays caused by the pandemic. None of our products come from China.

Shipping cost:

  • All Orders are shipped FREE. (US Residents Only)
  • You will only be charged for shipping if you use a discount code when you place your order.

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive a confirmation email containing a Tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. You can visit our Tracking Page to track your package once you receive your Tracking ID. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to show.

ReturnsOur policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Products such as face masks and neck gaiters are exempt from being returned for sanitary reasons.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 2 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@flowatious.com. Phone: 507-419-3743Sale items (if applicable)Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.Exchanges (if applicable)We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or are the wrong size. We understand that mistakes may happen during the ordering and shipping process so we will do what we can to correct any mishaps that may occur. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product so please be sure that you truly do need a size exchange.

GiftsIf the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.ShippingTo return your product, email us at: contact@flowatious.com or call 507-419-3743  to let us know the issue and we will gladly handle it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Flowatious reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If all of the above have been checked, then get in touch with us at contact@flowatious.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

If you received a partial order it is because of one of these reasons:

  • We sometimes ship items separately due to packing constraints.
  • Certain items are being shipped from two different manufacturers.


No worries. You will receive everything that you order in a timely manner and will only be charged for shipping once.

Customs Fees: An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

  • The customs value is made up of:
  • the price paid for the goods,
  • the insurance cost,
  • the shipping cost.
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", or "shipping" or "delivered" then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

If your order has not reached any of the above mentioned statuses and you would like to make changes, please contact us by email at: contact@flowatious.com and someone from the team will be glad to help.

We apologize that the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@flowatious.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
